She was born Christina Haack in Anaheim, California on the 9th of July, 1983. Her first job was with the real estate sector. Tarek El Moussa was her future spouse. Following the 2008 collapse of the stock exchange, the real estate market was hit hard by investors as well as home flippers were unable to make their profits. Tarek El Moussa, and Christina El Moussa lost almost everything as a consequence of the 2008 stock market collapse. They were living in a home that cost $6,000 per month, to an apartment that cost $700 a month. Their business, and the economy as a whole, gradually recovered. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek asked an acquaintance to create a HGTV audition film in 2011 that featured the duo of him along with Christina flipping over a home. Pie Town Productions executive received this tape. They fell in love with Tarek & Christina. They signed an official deal with HGTV in 2012. "Flip of Flop" was launched in April of 2013. In seven seasons, the show was broadcast between 2013-2017. Christina and Tarek from the show, who were in the series, would purchase properties, which were typically moderate-income houses located in Orange County. Tarek does the demolition and renovation while Christina is focused on designing and making sure that everything stays on schedule.
