List's parents are Suzanne and John List. List is also a sister of two actor brothers. List attended Oak Park High School and was graduated in 2016. List is Aries as well as of English and Welsh heritage. From a young age, she was drawn to performing art, and her childhood career as models for children. List started her acting career in 2002 and her modeling career in 2009.
